John William Bullock, Jr.

Mr. John William Bullock, Jr., 62, of Chase City, VA entered eternal rest Saturday, June 12, 2021 at Berry Hill Health and Rehab, South Boston, VA. Mr. Bullock was born in Washington, DC January 1, 1959 to John William Bullock Sr. and the late Rosanna Sturdivant Bullock. He attended Bluestone Senior High School and was formerly employed as a Security Guard. John’s hobbies were building model cars and watching wrestling. In addition to his mother, John was preceded in death by a brother, James Bullock and a sister, Nancy Reid. He leaves to cherish precious memories his wife, Annette Benjamin Bullock of Chase City, VA; two sons, Antwan Bullock of Greenville, NC and Calvin Bullock of South Hill, VA; two daughters, LaWanda Bullock of Kinston, NC and Marquita Bullock of Clarksville, VA; twelve grandchildren; sisters, Mary Bullock, Barbara Bullock and Edna Burton all of Chase City, VA, Martha Goode of Newport News, VA, and Bessie Watson of Scottsburg, VA; three sisters-in-law, five brothers-in-law and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Chase City, VA.
