Lawrence Willie Boyd, Sr.

Mr. Lawrence Willie Boyd, Sr., 62, of Skipwith, VA entered eternal rest on Friday, March 19, 2021 at his residence. Mr. Boyd was born in Washington, DC on June 5, 1958 to the late Johnnie and Maude Pettus Boyd. He attended the schools of Prince George's County, MD, and attended Salem Baptist Church in Red Oak, VA. Mr. Boyd was a former electrician and a veteran of the United States Army. He leaves to cherish his memory two sons, Lawrence W. Boyd, Jr. (Laini) and Larrio G. Boyd of Skipwith, VA; five grandchildren; one brother, Reginald C. Boyd, Sr. of Clarksville, VA; two sisters, Pamela Lancaster (Robert) of Clarksville, VA and Shirley Holbrook (Robert) of Little Washington, NC, and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. Public viewing for Mr. Lawrence W. Boyd, Sr. will be held Friday, March 26, 2021 from 2:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M at C. H. Harris Funeral Home, Buffalo Junction, VA. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a mask will be required for all viewings and services. We ask that you adhere to all guidelines, and practice social distancing. Arrangements are by C. H.
