Leonard Terry

Mr. Leonard Terry, 67, of Clarksville, VA entered eternal rest Sunday, February 24, 2013 at his residence. Mr. Terry was born in Mecklenburg County, Virginia August 20, 1945 to the late William B. and Martha Daniel Terry. He attended the schools of Mecklenburg County, VA and continued his education, receiving certification in electronics.  He was employed at Burlington Industries for over 35 years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Tracy Lennell Terry-Fields, two sisters, Mary T. Small and Vierona T. Bullock and two brothers, James Daniel and Ralph B. Terry. Cherishing his memories are his wife, Tryna Jean Newton-Terry of Clarksville, VA; one daughter, Trymiko  Lennetta Terry of Clarksville, VA; three aunts; eight nephews; seven nieces; five great-nephews, Moses Small IV and Khalil K. Small of Clarksville, VA and Jaleel, Taveion and Dareion Small of Bullock, NC; son-in-law, Keith Fields of Clarksville, VA;  sisters-in-law, Tempie Daniel of Buffalo Junction, VA and Mary L. Terry of Clarksville, VA;  and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. Funeral services for Mr. Leonard Terry will be conducted 3:00 P.M. Saturday, March 2, 2013 at the chapel of C.H. Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service with Rev. Linda Newton-Thornton delivering the eulogy. Burial will follow in the Hutcherson Family Cemetery, Skipwith, VA. Arrangements by C. H. Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Clarksville, VA. Services 3:00 P.M. Saturday, March 2, 2013 C. H.
