Alexander Terry

Mr. Alexander Terry, 66, of Arlington, VA entered eternal rest on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at Virginia Hospital Center, Arlington, VA. Mr. Terry was born in Bullock, NC on September 7, 1949 to the late James and Annie Lee Lewis Terry. He attended the schools of Granville County, NC and worked as a landscaper for Arlington County Parks and Recreation. His favorite pastimes included fishing, gardening and hunting. Cherishing his memories are five children, Shawnte Terry of Falls Church, VA, Jason A. Terry (Elfreda) and Neba Bright both of Arlington, VA, A. Paulita Ball of Silver Springs, MD and Regina Ford of Staunton, VA; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two brothers, Earl Williams (Katrina) of Alexandria, VA and Johnnie Williams (Grace) of Durham, NC; one sister, Mary Lee Williams of Oxon Hill, MD and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. Funeral services for Mr. Alexander Terry will be conducted 12:00 Noon, Friday, August 12, 2016 at Baptist Grove Baptist Church, Bullock, NC. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday at the church from 11:00 A.M. until service time. Arrangements are by C. H. Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Clarksville, VA.
