Arthur Jr. Iii Arrington

Mr. Arthur Arrington, Jr. III, 65, of Chase City, VA entered eternal rest Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at Community Memorial Healthcenter, South Hill, VA. Mr. Arrington was born in Chase City, VA November 4, 1947 to the late Arthur Arrington, Jr. and Mary Ezial Harris Arrington. He was a former employee of Talley and Armstrong. In addition to his parents, Arthur was preceded in death by his wife, Marlene E. Coley Arrington; one brother, Herbert Watts, Sr. and a nephew, Teddy T. Arrington. Cherishing his memories are one daughter, Lena Ward McKeithan of Richmond, VA; two granddaughters, Victoria Brown and SharDeja Ward; great-grandaughter, Jamaira Brown of Richmond, VA; step-mother, Cornell Arrington; two sisters, Linda Sharen (Earl) of Alabama and Amy Behlin of NJ; four brothers, Robert  Arrington (Lorraine) of Richmond, VA, Kenneth Lee (Maggie) of South Carolina, Darrell Arrington of NJ and Theodoe Arrington (Madeline) of Chase City, VA; one aunt, Ms. Frances Harris of NY and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. Funeral services for Mr. Arthur Arrington, Jr. III will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Saturday, January 26, 2013 at the chapel of Giles-Harris Funeral Home, Chase City, VA with Rev. Phillip Staten officiating. Burial will follow in Silone Memorial Garden.  Viewing Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until 7P.M.
