Ms. Edna Mae Bullock Burton, 75, of Chase City, VA entered eternal rest on Monday, January 12, 2026, at Chase City Health and Rehab Center.

Ms. Burton was born in Skipwith VA on January 18, 1950, to the late John William Bullock, Sr. and Rose Anna Studivant Bullock. She was a 1969 graduate of West End High School, Skipwith. A member of Oak Level United Church of Christ, Manson, NC, she also attended Williams Grove Baptist Church in Chase City. She was formerly employed by Jonbil, Inc. and Virginia Quilting. In her spare time, she enjoyed sewing and the ocean.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Burton was preceded in death by twin sons, Stacey and Tracey Burton, her sister, Nancy Reed, brothers, John Bullock, Jr. and James Edward Bullock.

Left to cherish her precious memories are three sons, Michael Bullock of Chase City, VA, Dwayne Burton (Shannon) of Drakes Branch, VA and Timothy Burton (Adrian) of Fort Mitchell, AL; 15 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren; four sisters, Mary L. Bullock and Barbara Jean Bullock of Chase City, VA, Martha B. Goode (Rev. Earnest) of Newport News, VA and Bessie Ann Watson of Scottsburg, VA and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends.

A memorial service will be held at a future date to be determined.

Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Chase City, VA.
