Ethel M. Kirby

Mrs. Ethel Margaret Kirby 90, of Boydton, VA entered eternal rest Saturday, April 4, 2009 at Envoy Healthcare, Lawrenceville, VA. Mrs. Kirby was born in Mecklenburg County, VA., March 26, 1919 to the late Walter and Carrie Daves Jones. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Kirby.   Cherishing her memories are two sisters, Ida Mae Townes and Carey Bowers both of Boydton, VA and a vast number of nieces, nephews other loving relatives and caring friends.   A graveside service will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery, Boydton, VA with Rev. Tyrone Pulliam, Officiating.   Arrangements are by C.H. Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 216 4th Street, Clarksville, VA.
