Harold Lee Clark

Mr. Harold Lee Clark, 71, of Chase City, VA entered eternal rest on Friday, November 24, 2017 at VCU Health Community Memorial Hospital, South Hill, VA. Mr. Clark was born in Mecklenburg County, VA February 17, 1946 to the late Bernard and Bessie Stellaway Clark. He attended the schools of Mecklenburg County, VA and was a former employee of Lewis Tree Service. His favorite pastimes were hunting, fishing and gardening; and he loved his grandchildren. Cherishing his memories are two step-children, Queena Smith (Carl) and Quincy Barnette (Tiffany) all of Chase City, VA; 17 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Juanita Jones and Priscilla McFail both of Chase City, VA, and Sylvia McFail of Baltimore, MD; five brothers, John Studivant of Chase City, VA, Earl Pettus of Baltimore, MD, Tyrone McFail (Mary), Sandy McFail (Delores) and Edward McFail (Hester) all of Chase City, VA; devoted friends, Lynn Atkins and Celeste Alexander (Butch); devoted caregivers, Kianya Church, De’Quan Smith, Darlene Clark Hayes and Tara Rogers and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. A memorial service for Mr. Harold Lee Clark will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Saturday, December 2, 2017 at the chapel of Giles-Harris Funeral Home, Chase City, VA with Rev. Willie L. Carter, Sr. officiating. Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Chase City, VA.
