Michael Kelvin Jones

Mr. Michael Kelvin Jones, 54 of Victoria, VA and formerly of Yonkers, NY entered eternal rest Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at Halifax Regional Hospital, South Boston, VA. Mr. Jones was born in Yonkers, NY February 13, 1953 to the late John H. and Lucille Hepburn Jones. He was preceded in death by a brother Ronald John Jones. Cherishing his memories are four children, Michael Jones Jr., Jasmine Jones, Robin Jones and Brandell Jones all of Yonkers, NY; three grandchildren Anisa, Michael III and Somoria; six aunts, Lessie Blackwell and Thelma Jones of Victoria, VA, Alberta Darden of Chase City, VA, Anna Mae Hamilton of Yonkers, NY, Ruth Jones of Silver Springs, MD and Pauline Jones of Tuckahoe, NY; one uncle, Dr. George Jones (Carol) of Nairobi, Kenya and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends. A memorial service for Mr. Jones will be held at a later date.Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1304 North Main Street, Chase City, VA.
