Mr. William C. Bruce, 82, formally of Chesapeake, VA entered eternal rest January 18, 2007 at Chase City Nursing and Rehabilitation. He was born July 16, 1924 in North Carolina. He was a former employee of the city of Portsmouth. He is survived by one daughter, Yolanda Brooks of Chesapeake, VA and a vast number of loving relatives and caring friends. No services are planned. Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Chase City, VA.
